Phone Screen with HR > In-person interview with hiring mgr > Conference call with Dev Mgr & Hiring Mgr > In-person interview with Dept. VP & hiring mgr Initially applied for 2 positions. When contacted by HR was told I'm a fit for both and was given the option to chose. Discussed current salary, did not set a range on expected salary. 1st interview with hiring manager: Great guy, awesome management style, cool technology, nice vibe about the team. Left interview knowing we were moving on to 2nd interview. 2nd interview with Dev Mgr: Talked technical details, feeling out if I'd admit when I didn't know something, great vibes all around. Ended interview knowing we're moving forward. 3rd interview with VP: High level talk about position expectations and vision moving forward. Nice guy, nothing terribly challenging. Ended interview believing this was it, offer coming... 4 days later I get a call from HR asking me to complete a sample technical write-up. Seems a bit late in the game for this, but OK... I completed the assignment and an offer was made.
