I had to go through a phone screening with CEO at the first place. He asked general questions about my background like what I've done and programming languages I've used that sorts things. Then, he made me to go to his office and did some technical interview with other employees there. They had 2 interviewees with some questions about SQL and basic algorithm that anyone can write on the paper. No question was overwhelming.
