Had a phone call and video call. The phone call was conducted by CPO, which is a very understanding, warm, and friendly person. Although, during the 2 interviews (video call), joined Sales Manager and the CEO of the company. Sales Manager was also nice and gave interesting questions, which helped me to show my skills. However, the CEO was definitely inappropriate with his questions. We were discussing more about my previous business rather than my skills or experience throughout my whole career. It seemed that he wanted to drag out any business secrets and speak about my previous project, but not about me and how I would be valuable to them. Also, the CEO was frowning all the time, negative, and very very much arrogant. I couldn't imagine how can anyone be so arrogant on the call with an applicant. No one would like to work in a company with such an arrogant CEO.
