Senior Recruiter Phone Interview was 'spot on' - Recruiter was very familiar with the role - had a very good understanding of the requirements for the position. Recruiter read my resume and asked excellent questions about my previous roles, leadership abilities, career ambitions and overall quality of life goals and objectives and how they could best be used at CVS..

Prior to setting up a meeting with the hiring leader - I was sent the following by email:
The hiring leader is reviewing your profile amongst his leadership team. We would like to confirm that the Scottsdale, AZ would offer you a comfortable commute as this position doesn’t offer telecommuting.
Also, due to the demands of this role the hiring leader would need someone onsite daily. The schedule for this position is as follows:
· Monday - Friday 8-6
· Occasionally (maybe 1-2 nights a week, completely unscheduled) are later than this.
· 1-2x a month, on release weekends, come in at 8 AM and be here until 2-3 AM the following day.
