CVS uses the Hirevue process. It took a total of half an hour and asked between 6-7 questions. Some I remember are to the tune of: - Describe a time you successfully persuaded someone - Describe a time you had a conflict with a co-worker and how did it resolve - Describe a time you showcased integrity and professionalism in your work - Any other things you would like to tell us These are the ones I had to really ponder about. You get plenty of time to think, and get to have one do-over.
