it depends on your advisor you are going to work with. In my case, my advisor knows well about my work and we like to work together on some exciting project. So it is quite easy for me to get the job for the interview.

It was straightforward. A zoom interview followed by an on-site, in which people just chatted very casually. It took about one day to go through the whole thing, but got the job right after the interview.

Personalized and informative; probably very different by lab but I had a good experience overall. Usually involves a presentation as well. Recommend doing a few calls with other grad students and post docs to get one on one time.
