The interview will ask you some background information of yourself, what are you currently doing and the most difficult part of the interview is where they will give you a theme and 15 minutes. You will need to prepare your training content by then and present to the interviewers. The interviewers will act as "difficult to control" students and see how you react and your classroom management skills.
