I believe my last experience combined software development with customer support, as I was solely responsible for both creating the software and assisting customers. Since I handled customer inquiries, I had to identify their difficulties and translate them into a software solution. I was also responsible for training clients, creating documentation, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth user experience.
