My past experience in the construction industry is I found right out of the gate there is a ton of room for improvement in customer service, bid consistency, prefab like much more technical industry have been doing for many years like the automobile, computer, etc. That there needs to be a more licensed trades so that only people that care enough will study and preform at a higher level.
