Interview was by phone. Seemed friendly. Wanted sImple, straightforward answers. Looking for honesty. Judging character, honesty, leadership abilities. Phone was a little inpersonnel and difficult to gage reactions but overall straight forward.

One phone interview to discuss my background and the position, followed by a casual in person meeting with behaviour based questions. From start to finish the process took 7 weeks.
