The process is lengthy (I don't get why): - Written Interview - GIA Assessment - Early Stage - Project Management Interview - Peer Interview - Peer Skill Interview - PPA Assessment - Talent Interview I don't know why I started this process. It felt lengthy and not useful. I got rejected after the Talent Interview (probably because I said a salary expectation much higher for the one that they offered in my country). Every interviewer was great except the Talent Interviewer, the girl that interviewed me was so harsh and cold with me.
