In the first stage, I had three interviews where they asked similar questions, mainly about my experience. They were very friendly, but the questions felt repetitive and somewhat redundant throughout the process.

Take-home assessment was in depth and covered every aspect of the person applying. They ranged from role specific questions to technological know how and performance in high school. This was then followed by a prerecorded video interview covering motivation to join the company.
