Still in the interview process and I would say it is very difficult as it takes a long time, and still I got a very long road to cross which makes it much more harder.

Entrevista
They are discriminatory, and not worth the time or effort required to apply to them. From information I see they are not worth the time applying to their company, and would recommend looking at any other company, and boycotting their products.
2 rounds of interviews, one for the art and science of software engineering and another round to talk about open source and the inspiration for open source. There would also be late stage interviews, the ones I described are the early stage interviews of the process

Entrevista
There is a written test where you have to list out all your achievements, and then a psychometric test. After which, if you are shortlisted, you get called for a one-on-one interview.
