The process lasted 4 months and I went through various steps, all of them 1:1. The first step was a simple background check with personality questions with an engineer. The second was a technical 30 minutes interview about AI and Control Systems which was the position I was applying for. Third step was with a manager that was very similar to the first. The fourth was a qualification meeting with the client, the fifth with the division manager and the sixth with HR.

The interview with a Capgemini engineer was impressively efficient and engaging. The interviewer's expertise and insightful questions highlighted the company's commitment to excellence. I am enthusiastic about the prospect of contributing my skills to Capgemini Engineering and its innovative projects.
