5 Competency questions + 5 questions that you’ll be expected to answer in a STAR format. The competency based questions will consist of asking generic questions on Pensions. They will want quite detailed answers when it comes to the STAR questions so come prepared.

Tell me one time you had trained/unskilled a junior colleague.
Really good interview process, mix of technical knowledge eg difference between DB/DC and situational questions around communication, relationships within the team and innovation, for example 'tell me a time when you had to overcome a challenging situation and how did you deal with it. The interview was around 30 minutes over a teams call

Entrevista
Fairly easy and straightforward, I was interviewed by two people, the interview was relaxed but I think this may depend on the people conducting the interview. It was just a standard interview with questions, no mathematical/written test. One of the questions I found quite confusing 'What are the fundamentals of excellent DC/DB administration'. The rest of the questions are what you would expect. I was contacted about one week later to confirm I had secured the position.
