Couple screening rounds and then interview with the actual team. They asked some tricky behaviorals at the end. I was ghosted after that last interview. I'd be cautious entering this industry since most of these guys will be fully automated in the next 1-2 years and won't need many juniors

Short and simple with 2 rounds and a brief screener where they ask really basic questions around how hardworking you are or if you’re compensation focused. Ultimately they just want to know if you’re willing to commit for 3 years
