Startup company with little personal touch. Used formalized processes fit for a large corporation, but without a good grasp of the role itself. Hired an outside company to screen interviewees who didn't seem to understand relationships or the role itself. Had an initial meeting with the hiring team beforehand and was sent through the process as though the meeting never occurred. They never sent a response and just ghosted.
