I spoke with a recruiter, then spoke with two others on the team, one a lawyer and the other I believe was an AVP. They were nice, but ultimately, I turned the role down due to things that may be considered a red flag before starting onboarding. One thing was that I was told that no one internally had applied for the role, and after my original start date, it got pushed back and it didn't seem that the communication between the HR team and the actual department was aligned.

Went smoothly and the interviewer was nice. The interview was thorough and lasted about 30 minutes. Asked about background, described position, encourage growths and development with in the role for a case manager

Entrevista
It was a total of 8 interviews over 3 weeks. It allowed me to meet genuine members of the team while being able to ask questions regarding the role expectations, culture, and team environment.
Very poor experience. Was put through four rounds total. One of which was a two hour technical. Received very positive feedback the entire time. Only to get ghosted at the end, despite multiple follow ups. This was hours of preparation, effort, time taken off current job, and hope - only to get ignored after four rounds.

Two hour technical was conversational, and involved one hour of backend (walk me through the backend API design for image upload functionality), and one hour of frontend (mostly broad, general questions about frontend design, aka how would you structure a multi page form, how to pass info to parent components in react, etc).
