This was a standard data science use case question. I began by scoping out the problem and describing a couple of possible high-level approaches, before diving into one and identifying features that could be used to build a model. I addressed potential difficulties in the approach and suggested ways to mitigate them. Finally, I talked about how the model can be validated post-implementation.
