I answered by doing some analysis across the three stakeholders: customer, drivers and restaurants. I tried to identify any critical trends (eg. huge long tail of restaurants, driver utilization, customer preferences) etc. Eventually came up with recommendations on what doordash could do from a strategic and product lens.
