BEWARE, Castiarx has lost a lot of their executives/clients/employees this past year. Apparently the Account managers also handle duties that an account executive would typically handle but dont get paid appropriately for taking on these responsibilities. Also they do not offer a bonus because business is so bad. Interview process was not structured at all and very unprofessional. Doesn't seem like anyone knows what they are doing. Avoid...
