The interview process is very transparent to view on the Celonis website, so you can prepare well for it. Here's what is stated on the website: 1) First an initial interview with the recruiter. 2) Then meet your potential dedicated hiring manager, team lead, or team members. You may need to prep for a challenge or task for this interview. Simultaneously a Revelian aptitude test as well as a HiPeople Reference Check are taking place.

Very interesting type of technology. The interview has four parts. First, I had a call from the recruiter. Which is a casual chat and includes the standard behavioral questions. The recruiter is friendly and professional, which gives a great impression and is rare nowadays. The second part is another casual chat with a manager at their Liverpool st. office. Again a friendly chat with some behavioral questions to get to know more about the company. He comes as humble and down-to-earth manager. The third part is where the real interview is and you must prepare. They give you some data to formulate a business case. You need to analyse the data with their software and do a presentation. This is quite challenging and takes time to prepare. They also threw several questions during the presentation which caught me off-guard. As it was a timed presentation and I mentioned there is a Q&A at the end. I thought this was quite unprofessional to do but it was part of the interview process. The fourth part is just an interview with the executives at their headquarters (I did not make it to that part). Overall, quite interesting. The only negative is that throughout the process I sensed they are looking for a sales person even thought the job description seems like it is more for a technical person. So I think they have not properly wrote the job description and it is quite vague what are they are looking for.
