An initial phone screen, a face to face with hiring manager and VP, and a final round with the president. Interviewers were very passionate about their work and the organization mission and know exactly what they are looking for in a candidate. Absolutely admirable! The interviewing process went by very swiftly. I applied and received an email the next day from the hiring manager. The following week I met with him and the VP face to face and less than a week following that, I met with the president. Received an offer the day following. Interviewers do an excellent job outlining the organization and business, the history and culture of the organization and their expectations of the staff - including the person filling the role. They listened, very intently, to my sharing of experience and work ethic and posed follow up questions or further clarification accordingly. There was no set list of interview questions that they checked off during the process. It was more like a very focused discussion.
