Easy meet with Someone from admin. They give you day to day work environment scenarios, you fill out paperwork they ask you a few questions let you know you have a mandatory two week training in Grafton and it’s over.

I attended a Job fair, and I was hired on the spot. It was a contingent offer based off of personal references, professional references and background checks which took some time.

Someone from the company called me and setup an in person interview. They asked my experience working with kids, flexible hours, my experience with different age groups. They also mentioned They have diffefernt deparments I can work under if available.
