There are two rounds of interviews in the selection process. The first round is an aptitude test that evaluates problem-solving and analytical skills, followed by a technical interview to assess technical knowledge, communication, and subject understanding relevant to the role.

My interview experience was conducted directly, without any preliminary coding rounds or online aptitude tests. Instead, the discussion centered entirely on conceptual and technical questions related to Large Language Model (LLM) architecture. I was asked to explain the core components, training methodologies, and optimization strategies behind LLMs, as well as their practical applications in real-world scenarios.
