You come for 3 stages. You get an invite first with Hr if they are impressed with your resume, second interview comes with a task to show your presentation skill and that you know the job and this is with HR and your Head of department while last stage is with COO. If you get to the last stage you have been picked already she/he just wants to see who the team has chosen.
