The interview process consisted of three interviews over the course of my spring semester in college. The first interview was introductory, they asked me to describe myself, my work ethic, what i wanted to do with my life, etc. The homework they gave me before the second interview was to read A Message to Garcia and to type up a 2 page document explaining my short term and long term goals. The third interview involved a regional manager meet and greet and further discussing the work i would be doing with the company.
