Had a phone interview with hiring manager Steve. We had a great conversation and he was very interested in my skills and then invited me to onsite interview with him and company owner. The interview lasted almost 2 hours. 1 week later followed up and I never got a response on the status of my candidacy. I found this to be completely unprofessional and discriminative. Steve seemed to eager to move forward but after my in person interview there seemed to be shift.
