Phone screen with their CTO and Senior Architect discussing experience and technical questions followed up by a face to face interview with the same people and the HR person. The first 25 minutes of the face to face interview was with the CTO and the HR focusing on the personality side. After that it was around an hour just with the Senior Architect where I was asked all sorts of questions related to .NET, C#, SQL Server, Cloud computing, after that we moved to the whiteboard where I had to show how I would design a software version of this board game. Probably the most thorough technical interview I've been to.
