The interview process was fairly straightforward, Charlie uses a 3rd party for the initial SWE screening and I felt that company gave fairly good questions for the interview. The thing that was interesting about this 3rd party interview system is that if you don't like how you performed on the initial interview, you can request a redo with a new problem set. Be warned that to move on to the next round of interviews you'll need to solve one problem and then almost all of the second problem in 45 minutes. I was told I would need to solve around 75% of problem 2 and I'm unsure how Charlie Health determines 'percentages' of questions answered. It seems they want to see candidates solve 2 problems in 45 minutes.
