      1. Screen with Recruiter 2. Interview Hiring Manager 3. Task: Present 30/60/90 Plan to Hiring Manager + someone from Enablement 4. Meet the team. Was scheduled for Monday than postponed for a week and checkout called to say they found someone else. Seems to be common to postpone the final step regularly. Heard this from another friend who interviewed with them.

      Task: Present how you would design and execute your BDR Manager structure for the first 100 days at Checkout.com. Things that should be included are: ● What would your outbound strategy be for selling Checkout.com? Strategy, cadences, KPIs, metrics (we should expect solid numbers) ● Build an example outbound cadence targeting the Head of Payments with the objective of booking a discovery call a. Structure (duration and touchpoints) b. An example email from within the sequence ● Hiring a BDR, what is your ideal candidate? What is the timeline to have 3x BDRs? ● What does BDR onboarding look like to you? How long does it last and what would it include? What is your weekly and monthly management cadence managing a BDR team? Include how you would keep the team motivated to ensure targets are being met ● What do we need to know about working with you (one slide)
