My interview process was bit different than what I hear from my other colleges, but I was essentially contacted by a recruiter a few months after I applied, interviewed on zoom two weeks later and was offered the next day.

First interview was from the university engineering job fair. Second interview was in headquarters with a panel of chemical engineers. The day before my second interview, there was a networking event at a restaurant where we got to chat with CPCHEM employees. The day of my interview, there was a benefits chat and lunch. Great overall experience, very nice people!
