Phone screen with hiring manager followed by phone screen by an IOS engineer followed by virtual onsite interview with 4 guys, two IOS developers, 1 product manager and hiring manager. I was not offered and it seems that they cannot provide the interview feedback. I rate these interviewers who are not able to give feedback as absolutely terrible interviewers. This indicates that they do not know what they want from the candidate OR they are not capable enough to judge candidates. I enjoyed the interview as it was one of the best interviews I had ever had but did not know that these interviewers are terrible guys who do not know what they want. They should have given feedback if they had a reason to reject. I am one of the good engineers at my company. First fire these guys who are not able to give feedback about a candidates performance. Wasted one full day of my time with these terrible guys. Would never apply to this company again and do not recommend others to apply. This position has been open from 3 months at least and as far as I know they have been rejecting all candidates just like that without giving any proper interview feedback which indicates they do not know what they want from the candidate.
