Call screen with the hiring manager. It turns out that the recruiter oversold the position and seniority... Chewy was not in fact hiring this more Sr role, and was instead hiring a more Jr one.
I did three interviews - all over zoom - initial screen, the immediate supervisor, and HR. Each was about an hour. I thought I did well; they called and said they went internal.

very formal, initial phone screen, then 1:1 meetings with a couple of other members. Final round was 4x back to back. My advice would be to learn the STAR method

Entrevista
The process started with two separate phone/zoom screens, each for 30 minutes. I was told to expect an invitation for an on-site interview loop with 4-5 people, however I never heard back. I did follow up with the recruiter and was told that I wasn't a good fit for the role. I asked for feedback as to why I was not a good fit but she didn't have any.
