If applied online, you receive instruction to go in person within their hours of operation. You do not have to apply online and can walk-in with a resume. They put every interviewee in a little waiting area and call upon them. They will go over the job description and pay. Sometimes there are bonuses, but they will not elaborate unless you ask. They will ask if you have ever operated PIT vehicle (such as a forklift or order picker) but you don't have to have experience. If you pass, they take a mouth swab for a drug test and run a background check on you. The whole process lasted under 2 hours including wait time.
