The hiring manager kept asking me if I had finance experience as a Data Analyst even though the word 'finance' does not appear anywhere on my resume. If you're looking for a Finance Data Analyst, call it that. But don't call it a 'Healthcare Data Analyst' when you don't care about the candidate having years of experience with healthcare data and you're really looking for a Finance DA! Also, the hiring manager was vaping during the interview, very unprofessional!
