Very brief... The interview only lasted for 8 minutes, and it seemed rushed. I wanted to learn about their work experience but they cut me off and quickly ended the interview.
Overall, I felt that I was not given the chance to sell myself when they are rushing the interview. I am also new to the customer service field and it didn't seem like they "prefer people with no experience".

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
