I responded to a LinkedIn posting and was contacted by someone in HR by email. I was asked to submit a recorded video interview where I was asked some basic questions (see below) mostly to gauge fit around Chipotle's mission and culture. If you haven't done this before just be relaxed and pretend you're speaking to a real person, not your computer screen. I was then called back for a phone interview with the hiring manager and others.
