The process took 3 steps. You apply, get an email about a job fair coming up soon, go to it, do well enough for another interview, get called for a second interview, do well enough for a third interview, then get hired. Unfortunately for me, I made it past the third interview, but I didn't get the job.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
