Interview process was short. I had 2 interviews scheduled a week apart. I talked to a hiring manager the first interview, then the second time I talked to a general manager. They were very busy so it was a little inconvenient to have an interview in my opinion.

They asked me if I knew about their food with integrity, where I see myself in 5 years, why I chose Chipotle, if I can work in a fast paced environment, what I do in my free time.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Entrevista
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
