First, I had a phone screen, then waited over a week and heard back to schedule the first interview which was a panel interview with 1 senior manager and 3 managers. Interview went really well and since I didn’t hear back after two weeks, I reached out and was told they were still interviewing, then did not hear back until 2 months later. They said that they paused recruitment efforts. An absolute waste of time and very unprofessional on how I was ghosted. Why put a job out there when you’re not actually prepared to hire for it?
