Initial video interview with HR — really easy, typical generic questions. Then moved on to an interview with the person I would be working under. The interview went pretty well I thought, but it’s been over a month and I can’t get a response from him or the initial recruiter I talked to. Just straight up ghosted. Terrible hiring practice.

super easy, pretty laid back, interviewers are with managers not recruiting agent. The questions were more about getting to know you beyond your resume and to make sure you know the position you are getting into. Waiting to hear back about second round interviews .

Had a phone interview, was called in for an in person interview the next day. Had a four round interview, two were with HR and the other two were with managers in surety. I was called the next day to come in the following day to meet with two vice presidents. Heard back over a month later that I did not get the position.
