The interview process is very thorough. It includes an initial phone interview, followed by multiple in person interviews, a ride along (that's also a "working interview" with a trainer), an interview following the ride along, and finally an interview with the locations GM. It is a frustrating, and sometimes lengthy, process that can seem never ending. The actual interviews are not difficult, but the lengthy process is why I chose difficult for the interview process
