First interview is just a 10 minute call with an HR associate. Ask you general questions about your experience and some simple behavioral scenarios. Second interview was in person with two senior developers. They ask you about questions directly related to C++ and you're resume. Third one is to be a coding assessment if they like you.

It was a multiple stage interview with various groups. Interview questions included HR type questions, technical responses and coding test. Had the opportunity to talk to several managers or leads, senior software developers, and the executives. During the interview, I learned more about the company and its products.
