First stage - Create a 2 min video on a Cisco technology Second stage - Complete a take-home coding assignment (3 questions) and present your answers. Overall this wasn't too hard, perhaps novice - intermediate difficulty. Third stage - This virtual interview was done in French. Just talked about soft skills and experience. Did not make it past this stage, but supposedly the last stage was an on-site interview involving some sort of presentation/case study.
