Interviewer late. Got up to tend to son. Never followed up. She talked way too much about herself sir I h the conversation. Then she politely let me know after 20 minutes of interruptions she tells me she’ll follow up with next steps. That never happened.

Entrevista
One phone screen, two calls with hiring manager and then another senior manager with whom this role would work. Told me they were excited and wanted to move forward. Then I was ghosted and two months later was told they closed the role and then reopened it and gave it to an internal candidate. Really not a stellar experience.
