I applied online without a referral and I was then sent a coding interview challenge online which was around 30 minutes. It was fairly easy and I passed it but I didnt recive next steps. Then two weeks later I just got rejected.
Smooth interview process , the whole pool of students were anonymous that is given an ID to contact no name , no college , making it a you deserve you get kind of job

Online Assessment followed by a Phone Screen. The entire process was well organized and the interviewers and recruiters want you to succeed. Timeline took about 3 weeks from OA invite to Phone Screen Invite.
The oa is 3 leet code questions where they are increasing in difficulty. the interview was two rounds, there was a behaviour and a technical round. technical was a leet code med.
