Entrevista
Applied online and through college's job application portal - I then received an online assessment as well as an on-campus interview. The online assessment consists of probability/brainteasers, and more descriptive machine learning/statistics questions. The on-campus interview was just a conversation about my resume for the most part, interspersed with some quantitative questions related to my resume.

Why is regularization important (e.g. why ridge/lasso regression compared to OLS) even when # of samples > # of parameters?
Start with my own self-introduction and the interviewer's self-introduction first for five minutes, then a couple of technical questions for like thirty minutes, and in the end, questions for the interviewers about the company.
I received the interview a few weeks after applying online. During the interview i was asked by the interviewer about my past experience and also some other related technical questions.
