Entrevista
I was invited to a university networking event in July, talked to the recruiter and a few traders there, and got an on-site two days later. It was 3-4 back to back interviews with traders on different teams.

Entrevista
After passing the resume screening, I got 2 hour assessment in python and the difficulty was mid-hard leet code problems. I don't remember the problems in detail but was not that hard.
The interview process was structured and efficient. After an initial online assessment, I completed several technical interviews focused on problem-solving and quantitative reasoning. This was followed by behavioral discussions with team members. Communication was clear throughout, expectations were well defined, and each stage provided a good understanding of the role and responsibilities.
OA -> First round phone with a trader, basic prob stat, behavioral, not too hard. Second round phone with a trader again the same format. From there there is a final round superday which consists of several rounds,
