Scheduled a phone screen interview and waited for 30 minutes for a member of the team to call only to realize that I was being ghosted. After this no-show, received two full weeks of radio silence only then to be turned down for the job. Single worst interview experience I've had with a company - didn't have the decency to communicate much less show up to the scheduled interview. Very disappointing.

OA then phone interview, discussed about experience, coding rounds, and some open ended questions afterwards. The last 5 - 10 mins was for interviewee to ask questions back. Didn't pass this round :(
I had an HR screen where they asked about my experience at my previous company and to prepare for C++ to talk with the hiring manager. They asked about why I got laid off at my previous company.
